What a fantastic place to store your RV! The owners have really been outstanding keeping the lots clearly marked, the automatic entry gate working properly and actually notifying you if the gate should not be working! The website setup is very clear and easy to use. Bravo Troy!
We spent a year there. Never a single problem. Troy has always been quick with an answer if we had a question.Comparable price, secure, large enough lot with mulch not mud.Glad we were able to keep our RV there.
Troy just took over a facility I was already renting from at 2005 Wells Rd. He is so easy to deal with and has already made drastic improvements to the facility with more to come! His communication is superb!
Very nice place to park a boat or RV. I had my 32 foot motorhome there for about 4 months and never had any issues. Plenty of space to back in my rig comfortably and was able to access it any time. The new owner leveled out the lots with mulch and put down lines so the spot boundaries are clear. Mulch really helped to keep the dust down. There are cameras and a gate accessible by code. Other lots were all full, more expensive, and farther away from my home than this one so it was definitely a good find!

Kept two of my boats here and greatly enjoyed both times, having the convenience of having a place to wash the boats right next to where they are stored was great. Able to fit a 26ft long with ttop tandem axle in the wash and enough room to park in the lot without issues.
This place makes me feel super comfortable. I have never had an issue with unauthorized persons within the gates area. The lighting and security cameras are sufficient, so I feel content knowing my belongings are secure. The automatic payments are very easy to set up. I would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for a place to park their equipment.
